Rothewood Academy Courses: The Essentials

The Teacher Induction Series

Congratulations on joining our team! We’re delighted to have you as a new member of our team.

You are now enrolled in the Teacher Induction Series courses. The courses in this category are time bound and open for a period of 6 months for you to earn a certificate of completion.

These employee induction courses are a vital part of your onboarding process and Continuous Professional Development. This Induction Series has two non certificate courses and three Certificate courses specially designed to help you understand our policies and procedures, and equip you with the basic classroom practices necessary to succeed in your role as a Rothewood Academy educator.
The courses follow a progression, and you are required to complete them in the following order:

Using the LMS (NC)

All About Rothewood Academy (NC)

Behaviour & Guidance

Nurturing Relationships in The Classroom ( Previously called) Classroom Management

The Basics-Understanding Rothewood Curriculum.

You DO NOT have to take the Non Certificate version of Behaviour & Guidance(NC), Nurturing Relationships in The Classroom(NC) and Rothewood Curriculum Basics(NC) courses. These are non-certificate courses for old staff members.
