At The Rothewood Academy our goal is to empower a community of Learners who will change the world through passion and selflessness.
A Buddy System is an onboarding process via which the newly hired staff are paired with an existing employee who helps them understand their responsibilities as adults working with young children and the company culture as they begin the new role.
