2nd Peer Learning Meet

Opportunities to learn exist all around us. However, sadly during regular school days, teachers often miss out on visiting each other’s classrooms. With time constraints, visiting a sister school is out of question. The school reviews and classroom visits by Senior Leadership Teams gave us enough data to proudly say -our teachers are great at what they do, Principals and Vice Principals stand beside the teachers, supporting them to achieve high standards.
This has encouraged us to continue with the Peer Learning Meets. On this day educators learn from each other, through a day filled with sharing of good practices.

Peer Learning Meets foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment where individuals can learn from one another and grow both personally and professionally.

Peer learning Meet has been designed to achieve the following objectives:

Knowledge sharing: The primary objective of the Peer Learning Meet is to encourage participants to share their knowledge and expertise with others in the group.

Skill development: To provide opportunities for individuals to develop new skills and improve existing ones through peer-to-peer interactions and feedback.

Collaboration: To promote collaboration and teamwork among participants, which can lead to the development of new ideas and solutions.

Networking: To build relationships with others in different branches of the company.

Personal growth: To provide a supportive environment for personal growth and self-reflection, which can help individuals develop their leadership, communication, and other soft skills.

Continuous learning: To encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement, helping participants stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in various branches of Rothewood Academy.

This course contains resources that work as a revisit to ideas shared in the various online courses and the expected Rothewood Way of working with young children. The various tools should help educators on their journey of using reflective practices to design learning journeys based on children’s needs, incorporating children’s voices and choices.
