1st Peer Learning Meet

Peer Learning Meets foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment where individuals can learn from one another and grow both personally and professionally.

Peer learning Meet has been designed to achieve the following objectives:

Knowledge sharing: The primary objective of this Peer Learning Meet is to encourage participants to share their knowledge and expertise with others in the group.

Skill development: To provide opportunities for individuals to develop new skills and improve existing ones through peer-to-peer interactions and feedback.

Collaboration: To promote collaboration and teamwork among participants, which can lead to the development of new ideas and solutions.

Networking: To build relationships with others in different branches of the company.

Personal growth: To provide a supportive environment for personal growth and self-reflection, which can help individuals develop their leadership, communication, and other soft skills.

Continuous learning: To encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement, helping participants stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in various branches of Rothewood Academy.
