This preschool is truly amazing! ❤️ The whole team is wonderful, starting with the principal, Ms. Sumra, who is such a kind and caring person. The teachers—Ms. Bober, Ms. Gill, Ms. Chahal, Ms. Amanda, and Ms. Kennedy—are all incredible. They teach the children to become more independent with their daily tasks while helping them learn letters, math, sharing, and both independent and cooperative play. I’m so grateful that my son had the chance to spend two years here. He has grown and learned so much, and I know he will miss his friends and teachers very much. Thank you to the entire team for making these two years so special! ❤️

Both of my children have attended Rothewood Academy South Surrey for the past 4 years, and I truly cannot thank the team enough. Ms. Sumra and Ms. Kakkar have built such a supportive environment, not just for the staff, but for us as parents, too. Unlike many other daycares with high turnover, this teaching team is stable and dedicated. My kids genuinely love going to school every day and have built wonderful, lasting bonds with their teachers. That positive environment is clearly reflected in their academic growth. They’ve learned so much, which has paved a seamless path into kindergarten. I am so grateful I chose Rothewood for their early childhood journey. My twin boys have attended Rothewood Academy since 2023 and let me tell you it was single handedly the best decision we made for our boys! When you walk through Rothewood doors, expect to be greeted everyday with smiles, warmth and comfort. Any successful organization starts with great leadership. Principal Ms. Sumra and Vice Principal Ms. Kakkar lead a very dedicated, passionate, and caring group of teachers and support staff. Both these principals are so involved, often seen in classes participating not because they have to but because they want to. They make it a priority to get to know each child and their families. To the teachers who have helped my boys thrive in every single area of their life (social, emotional, academics and every milestone), there are not enough words in this world to thank you. Your love and support has been monumental in giving our boys the strong foundation they need entering Kindergarten…and for life in general. Rothewood teachers are so nurturing and attentive that they get to know each child inside out. They miss nothing! The lessons taught through hands on learning, projects, activities, and field trips are invaluable. I’m in awe of what my kids experience at school and what they bring home! The teachers go above and beyond to ensure each child is well fed. Hats off to the chef for delicious, nutritious, wholesome meals! But above all, my kids feel loved, seen and cared for. They come home everyday beaming with enthusiasm and joy. God bless all of you who have touched our hearts; we are forever grateful for your tender, loving care. Rothewood staff, you have become family and we will never forget how much love you poured into our boys. You will always be remembered. You are loved and appreciated. The best decision we ever made for our child was to send him to this program and specifically location. The teachers and staff are absolutely amazing and have forever shaped our child’s personality with respect, courage, trust, sharing, and life skills combined with academic development to prepare for school. The staff are genuinely invested and treat them like their own. I’m amazed that such a group of people can be found in the first place and then all be in the same work place.

My daughter spent two years here(JK2&JK3), and I couldn’t be more proud of how much she has grown in confidence and independence. The teachers are truly amazing — kind, caring, and very supportive. They create such a positive and nurturing environment for the children. We especially appreciate the weekly reports and photos. It’s so wonderful to see her daycare life and all the happy moments she experiences there. Thank you for taking such great care of our little one. We are very grateful!

My kid has been attending Rothewood Academy for almost two years, and I couldn't be happier. She really enjoys school and wakes up excited every day. Ms. Sumra, Ms. Kakkar, and her class teachers, Ms. Uppadoo and Ms. Nav, are all wonderful. My daughter has learned so much in the past two years, and I have nothing but positive things to say about this school.

Sending my son to this school has been the best decision ever. He really enjoys going to school every day, and we can feel how much he loves being there. Everyday we get warm greetings from Ms. Sumra and Ms. Kakkar. They are always so kind and welcoming. Whenever we have questions, we can talk to them easily, communication is always smooth, and they are very flexible and understanding. We are also very thankful for Ms. Nav, Ms. Tooneivee and Ms. Chen. My son needs more support sometimes, and they are so patient and professional. They know him so well. He usually takes some time to fall asleep during nap time, but they always stay calm, gently comfort him, and even give him a little massage. I really appreciate their care. Another strength is that the classroom has a monitor, so I can check on him whenever I want. I often catch those little moments when he is playing, learning, eating happily, or being cared for , and they truly warm my heart. We are very grateful to have such amazing teachers in our son’s life.

Rothewood Academy is a wonderful place for any child to grow and learn, and we’ve been especially lucky to have Ms. Navdeep and Ms. Toonvi as our son’s teachers. They are truly amazing—kind, patient, and so supportive. Our son struggled initially, but the JK1 classroom eased his transition beautifully. Now he loves going to school and always says how much fun he has. Their creativity, thoughtful activities, and attention to detail stand out. I also appreciate the daily updates—they bring so much peace of mind.
